Sabile is the house town of many flavoured wine in Latvia such as: cherry, raspberry, pumpkin, black currant and grape wines are made.
The guests can participate in homemade wine tasting, feel the breath of the ancient times in the wine cellar, hear the owners’ stories and learn about their experience.
Start from hotel at 10:00 am
• Sabile Wine Hill can most certainly be considered the symbol of Sabile. Even the coat of arms of Sabile bears a cluster of grapes. Sabile Wine Hill is the world's most northern open-air vineyard as mentioned in Guiness World Record Book.
• Family Winery "Abavas" was established in 2010 in parallel with grape garden planting in the southern slope of the Abava valley. The owners also grow apples, currants, raspberries and rhubarb, collect bounty of the forest , which becomes aromatic beverages – apple and black currant wine, chokeberry port, apple pommo and apple brandy. All this can be enjoyed in a romantic atmosphere!
• Abavas rumba Waterfall -The waterfall is 35 metres wide and 0.5 metres high. The AbavasRumba area is one of the most beautiful and popular recreation places in Latvia.
• In the evening return to Hotel ( around 16:30)
